To ensure we have a thorough understanding of your needs, expectations and goals we will conduct some initial analysis & prepare a few proposals for joint review. Once, agreed we will refine the scope of work, prepare a timeline & budget.

Once everyone is comfortable with the scope, timeline & budget we will hold a kick off meeting to officially commence the engagement.
